Mary Tippin, Mother of Country Music Star Aaron Tippin, Dies in Florida
Nashville, TN (6/16/08)--Mary Tippin, mother of country music star Aaron Tippin, passed away on Saturday June 14, 2008 of natural causes in Jacksonville, Florida. She was 83.
Daughters Cora Cox and Kathy Smith, son Aaron and her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren survive Mary Tippin.
A graveside service will be held at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Jackson, South Carolina on Wednesday June 18, 2008 at 11:00 AM EST.
All donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Woods Mortuary 300 West Poinsett Street, Greer, South Carolina 29650 will inter Mary Tippin.
